Floor Care Installation is a family owned flooring company founded by Mikhail Galushkin. Mikhail began working as a floor installer soon after he and his family moved to the United States. Back in Ukraine, he was a builder, welder, and a craftsman who created and built custom projects. With this talent and his work ethic Mikhail saw an opportunity in the flooring industry here in the US. Therefore, he soon got licensed/certified and quickly earned a reputation for providing high quality work for thousands of satisfied customers (CFI certified, Karastan certified). Soon his son's joined him in the business and together they continue to deliver the same results. Floor Care Installation saw success mainly due to referrals and repeat customers; building trust in the Sacramento community. Mikhail often says that they always strive to make sure their customers have peace of mind knowing that their project will be completed on time and with exceptional quality.
